The Best: New Year’s Resolutions for Junior Hockey Players and Prospects

Happy New Year! Amazing that we are just days away from 2022 and we have another year of excitement, challenges, and progress ahead of us. After a few weeks of minimal work during which I spent time with my family, I’m ready to get back to the fun that is the rest of this hockey season.

Given the new year, I thought I would begin a new practice of setting new year’s resolutions, I will share with you my New Year’s Resolutions for Junior Hockey Players and Prospects. These resolutions are aimed at helping players at every level of hockey to focus on what will help them to have the best season of their lives.
