TOPIC: USA Hockey’s limit of non-US citizens on amateur club rosters

Hello,
My name is Stephen Heisler and I’ve been a player’s advocate for junior hockey for the last fifteen years. USA Hockey has limited the number of non-US citizens on club level rosters for years. I feel the practice pushes athletes living on US soil to other sports.
