The Five: Worst Rinks in Junior Hockey

I’ve been bouncing around hockey rinks in the AWHL, NAHL, and BCHL since 1996. I’ve called games in 59 different rinks in that time, and when asked to name the bottom five, it’s a tougher task than you might think. Some of them may be lacking in some areas but they have redeeming qualities. So I’ll try to get through this with the caveat that there are good people in every town, and every rink. Sometimes they may be a little harder to find…   but that’s beside the point. I intend no offense or slight to any town or program, my opinion is only based on my experience as a broadcaster.

I’m also going to do them alphabetically. These are just some rinks I’ve had less than great experiences in over the years.
