If I Were King: USHL & NAHL Would Create an Accelerated Referee Development Program

The game of ice hockey is losing more on and off ice officials than we are developing. The situation has become so dire that it is now hindering the development of players and coaches.

So, what can be done about it? Today we are going to get into a few ideas that the United States Hockey League and North American Hockey League should work together to sanction a change.
