USA Hockey’s House of Cards About to Crumble?

After the recent news, regarding the Eastern Hockey League’s departure from USA Hockey, I cannot help but wonder what is the next shoe about to fall?

One of the most glaring problems, the game’s national governing body here in the United States faces, Is the high likelihood that the formation of new independent youth leagues will do the exact same thing. When that starts to happen, the result can easily be the complete disassembly of USA Hockey.
