Sometimes teams that find themselves at the top of our list get excited and maybe even begin to think it’s a job well done. Clearly, what has really been happening is the rest of the league looks at that top ranking and sees a perfect target.
Last week’s #1, the New Jersey Titans, hosted a very average Generals team that got hammered by Danbury the previous weekend. The Boston boys taught the Titans a very valuable lesson while skating out of town with a road sweep. I’m thinking the Titans will be doing a bit of fine-tuning this week.
That leaves the Springfield Blues in the driver’s seat for this week’s North American Hockey League Rankings and Report.
