As we move into the great hockey month of October, old North American Hockey League powerhouses are starting to flex their muscles.

Three South Division teams are at the top of this week’s ranking (Amarillo, Lone Star, New Mexico) with two more in the Top 11 (Oklahoma, El Paso). Then there’s Maine and Danbury’s battle for the bottom spot.
